Full of flavor and truly unique Amber: a skin contact hazy white wine expresses flavors of blood orange, papaya and ginger ale. To make this wine, we left the grape skins in contact with our estate La Crescent grapes for several days, a technique more commonly associated with red winemaking. The wine is often referred to as Amber Wine, Orange Wine, and Skin Contact White Wine.
