is one of the best kept secrets out there.
The estate-grown, hand-picked La Crosse grapes were first
fermented in stainless steel (30%) before being transferred to
neutral French Oak (70%) to finish, resulting in a rich & bright
white wine.
Enjoy aromas of ripe pear, golden delicious apple, white
nectarine and ginger ale on the nose with a long finish that
evolves into peach cobbler on the palate. The perfect pairing for
pasta, Mediterranean, or pizza.
