Our Reserve White is a "beautifully structured dry wine, able to be consumed young or with some age," says Wine Maker, Kent Foulker. "With a soft, silky mouthfeel followed by cleansing acidity, it can easily be paired with grilled or roasted chicken, pork and heavy sauces. Pears, peaches and red apples are at the forefront of this Chardonnay with a background of pineapple and starfruit. The seasoning of French and Hungarian Oak is well integrated giving this wine complexity yet overall balance."
